Bonaire is becoming increasingly accessible to tourists from the United States of America, Canada and the Netherlands. More and more airlines are offering several flights per week to our tropical island in the Caribbean Sea. Also, since last year, airline WestJet started flights from Toronto (Canada) to Bonaire. Of course, residents of Bonaire also benefit from these additional flights. Their homeland is better and faster accessible because of the extra flights. Here we give you an overview of the existing flights to Bonaire.

Of course, the fact that Bonaire is even more accessible has everything to do with the growing tourism on the island. Last year (2023) was a top year in terms of tourism for Bonaire. Never before have so many visitors come to the island. In addition, the number of Bonaire residents has also grown significantly in recent years. In four years, the number of residents grew by as much as 20 percent, from about 20,000 in 2019 to over 24,000 in 2023.
