We’ve known for a long time how special and unique our tiny slice of paradise is on Bonaire. Outside the “hurricane box” and boasting year-round sunshine and trade winds, life here is a welcome respite from the outside world.
And for a long time, we’ve kept our little paradise relatively secret. The flamingos – and all of us – tended to fly under the radar, keeping Bonaire’s bounty to ourselves. But the secret’s out, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
